KK888 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the KK888 platform, including its website, mobile application, and all services provided by KK888. This Agreement is between KK888 ("we", "us") and the user ("you", "member") who registers or uses the platform. KK888 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the KK888 platform. Continued use of the KK888 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The official language for all KK888 communications is Bahasa Malaysia (ms-MY). In the event of any discrepancy between a translation in another language and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail and be considered authoritative.

1Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the KK888 platform, you must meet all eligibility requirements set out below. KK888 takes regulatory compliance seriously and has zero tolerance for any breach of the following conditions:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. KK888 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use the platform. Should KK888 determine that an account was registered by an underage individual, the account will be terminated immediately and all credit balances will be forfeited.
• One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the KK888 platform. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or financial details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund.

• Regional Eligibility: The KK888 platform is optimised for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the KK888 platform complies with the local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and must not be prohibited by any court order or applicable law from accessing gambling platforms.

2Deposit & Payment Methods

KK888 offers a range of convenient and secure deposit methods, all optimised for users in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

• Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost eWallet, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and other local Malaysian banks listed on the platform.
• Minimum Deposit Amount: The minimum deposit amount at KK888 is RM20 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set; however, accounts may be subject to additional review for deposits exceeding RM5,000 within a 24-hour period.

3Withdrawal of Winnings

1. Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is RM50. Requests below this limit cannot be processed and will be returned to your account balance.

5General Game Rules

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or tools that provide an unfair advantage
• Attempted money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Misuse of the KK888 bonus system, including arbitrage betting
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Threats, abuse, or inappropriate conduct towards KK888 staff or other members

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, KK888 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining credit balances, bonuses, and pending winnings. Termination decisions made following a thorough investigation are final and binding. Members may submit a written appeal to the KK888 management team via official email within 14 days of the termination date.

8Liability Limits & Disclaimers

KK888 provides its platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied guarantees or warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• KK888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by members in connection with their use of the platform.
• KK888 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be secure, or be free from errors at all times
• KK888 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions, or hardware or software issues on the member's end.
• KK888's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be settled through arbitration conducted under mutually agreed arbitration rules.
